UCSC transferring to UCD

<p>I'm a current freshmen attending to UCSC, and I don't seem to like it here because UCSC don't offer the major that I want but UCD does. The reason I went to UCSC because I was force to. </p>

<p>I really want to transfer to UCD after my freshmen year, and i want know what's my chances are?</p>

<p>What classes should I take? </p>
