GPA 3.45 (unweighted) It will probably going up after the end of the semester

  • 5 APs total in high school and 4 honors courses
  • Upward trend in grades throughout high school
    ACT 26
    California Resident
    Editor-in-chief of the high school yearbook along with other extra curricular activities

GPA and ACT score look below the averages for both schools. UCSC definitely seems are more realistic target than UCSB. Make sure you have several more match and at least 2 safety schools on your list. Good luck
