<p>Is it possible to submit an SIR without paying the 100 dollar fee? or is paying the fee part of the fact that you are telling them that you want to attend their school…kind of a weird question lol.</p>
<p>@berkeleyphil : No offense taken ! UCLA and Berkeley are tremendously great schools. The reason why I want to go to UCSD is more of a personal one rather than practical one.</p>
<p>I basically really love the laid-back atmosphere at UCSD and the perfect beach setting that goes with it. I also feel a sense of nostalgia at UCSD since I use to live at SD. (Now I’m in the 310 bay area). Also UCSD philosophy department is pretty good, but UCLA and Berkeley might have even better ones according to rankings, but those rankings are for graduate school.</p>
<p>But basically I just feel more comfortable with UCSD, I think I will be more happy there. UCLA, Berkeley, and UCSD are all top public universities; in my case I simply picked the one where I would feel happiest at, rather than the most prestigious one.</p>
<p>Well I just reset my password and stuff since I forgot it…and I found out the great news: I’ve been accepted!

<p>Hey Walleats! I was checking pretty much all day, but I took a break to help my little sister unpack her car from driving home for spring break so it probably could have came anywhere between 4p.m-7:30pm. I also had troubles with loading the page beforehand, however, my pc is kinda slow so I can’t be sure that it was because they were updating it, but maybe who knows?</p>
<p>@minilily: I was thinking I had Sixth near the bottom, but I actually had it second. A lot of my friends go to Muir so that was where I had planned on going. Oh well.</p>
