Did anyone receive email from UCSD about making id for applicant portal??
i did receive an email from UCSD about UCSD receiving my applciation but not about applicant id yet..
Am i supposed to make one by myself?

Bumpppppp can anyone tell me??

Bumppppppppppppp

Go to myapplication.ucsd.edu
Click on the ‘first time user’
You will need your application id (that you got from
the uc application and should be in an email)

(I just figured this out on my own - it wasn’t
explicity said in the email)

After doing this, you will get a UCSD Id on the
screen and another email listing it also.

No worries. My son only received the email telling him UCSD received his application. He never separately received an email telling him how to obtain a UCSD ID. We did the same thing jbourne suggested.

Ok i made one thank you!!

Site is up with applicant information now

Is anyone else having problems using the myApplication site for the first time? My son entered the information for a first time user (and verified it was exactly the same as on his UC application), and it says it can’t verify the information. We tried calling the help number, but get a funny busy signal and can’t get through.

I got a hold of UCSD help desk and found out they are having technical troubles with the myApplication website. So if you are having problems getting in as a new user, try later to see if it is fixed.
