<p>I am getting error saying that they don't have my app with them...did any of you have this problem?</p>
<p>I got my letter last week. Went to the site and it worked fine for me...now it's just more waiting. <em>sigh</em></p>

<p>I called the admissions office...they told me that they are still sending the letters and i should receive it in a week...this letter contains the UCSD's seperate app ID. This is the one that we should use to log-in. Is that right, you guys used the ID mentioned in the letter to login right?</p>

<p>My UCSD letter had my app code printed in it. It was the same code from the CAP web site when I created my app.</p>

<p>Just curious... when did you finally receive your letter? I just noticed that your post was on January 26, and from what I understand the Application Updates for transfers with our fall grades were due on February 1, so just wondering if you made it on time :), and if you didn't, did you contact them and what did they say. Thanks.</p>

<p>UCSD: "All transfer applicants will receive communication in mid- January from the UC Central Processor providing detailed information about the required Application Update form covering completed Fall coursework, and planned or proposed work for the Winter 2005 and/or Spring 2005 term. Transfer applicants must submit this form by February 1, 2005."</p>
<p>It is the Fall coursework and planned courses that have to be in by the 1st, but any changes regarding planned coursework may be updated when needed, as stated on the e-mail sent to us regarding the update form. I am assuming that if your college offers a winter session before the spring semester, you only need to update and re-submit the form. My logic is that most people with winter sessions probably won't have their winter grades posted on their academic records by the deadline anyway, so it doesn't make sense to have those grades required just yet. What do you guys think?</p>

But I called them and the officer said she will process my app. So after couple days ii checked the App Status Website. I was able to login. But she told me I will get the letter but havent recieved it...hope the letter is not a big deal...</p>
<p>Regarding the 1st deadline...I think it is a typo...check the UC main site, they say Feb 15th is the deadline to update the transfer forms...And no the winter grades are not not available by Feb...So winter grades = IP</p>
<p>It's ok indie_boy, I understand... yes, I agree, it probably is a typo (forgot the 5 perhaps? haha), because otherwise they would have stated the earlier deadline in the UC letter/e-mail sent to us regarding the updates, like the notices about UCLA's and Berkeley's earlier deadlines, correct?</p>
<p>As for the UCSD letter, I hope you get yours soon. I don't know if you'd really need it, but it just has some information on financial aid, tours, housing & dining stuff you'd receive if admitted, the Application Update ,etc. etc. It's more like a brochure really... hmm, do you have a friend that applied to SD as well? Maybe you could see theirs, and you can also keep bugging the admissions people hehehe. I mean, believe me I'd be doing the same thing. Then again, as long as you update your grades you should be fine, right? Good luck :)!</p>

<p>By the way the UCLA also had the transfer update deadline of Feb 15 th rite? Only Berkeley's deadline dates were different rite?</p>

<p>Glad you finally got your letter... as for LA and Berkeley, the only differences are those mentioned in the letter for certain majors/schools.</p>
<p>Uh-oh, indie_boy, I'm having the same problem that you had in the beginning of this post. I have been able to log on before, but I've tried logging on 10 times today hoping it is just a glitch, yet it still keeps saying they don't have my application. <em>sigh</em></p>
