UCSD BS CS (Warren) Regents vs UCLA BS CS

Folks. I am trying to decide between these 2. Both in engineering colleges.
I have toured both the universities and like both of them equally well.

Is it difficult to get in classes in UCLA for CS such that regents will be an advantage at UCSD over it?
My goal is graduate studies. Will choosing one over other will make a difference in able to get admitted to reputed MS program.
Will either one will make a difference in getting internships and eventually a job if graduation path does not materialize?
How about competition and cooperation at each of these?

What other factors should I consider and Any factors which can set one apart from the other?

Thank you for any insight.

I don’t THINK there is any difference in the CS program’s reputation between the two.

What I Know:
UCSD’s program is not competitive at all… except sometimes trying to find an empty computer. From my experience there is a ton of cooperation. For starters many projects require groups or at least a partner. Also, the labs are large and many times you can find someone doing the same project that is more than willing to help.
