UCSD chances?

<p>okay so i have a 4.44 GPA weighted.</p>

<p>umm i have taken AP classes- mostly 3s but two 5's! (taken about 7 so far (including the ab subscore for calc.) and taking three this year?
SAT- 1820 ( ithink) but im gonna retake it in november
SAT subject: (spanish)620
(but im taking math and bio [best subjects] in october.
IM NOT TAKING ACT (apparently my school doesnt offer it anymore?)</p>

<p>umm as for EC.
i have volunteered for about 50+ (i dont remember .. it was 9th grade and it was like 4 hours every other day, which switched back and forth.. it could be more.. i have to calculate it)</p>

<p>temple: 20 hoursish</p>

<p>work: hotel [housekeeping] 1 year
[front desk] 1 year</p>

<p>clubs: indian club (royal chef. lol.. i think im being promoted to pres or something).. we basically organize food events, sports, etc.
we are thinking about starting a fencing club.</p>

<p>uhh i think thats all..</p>

<p>so what are my chances?</p>

<p>oh right.. i work cuz i wanna pay for my own fees not parents paying for it.
anything i should do???</p>

<p>btw. i have submitted elc application thingyy.. so tell me if i would get in WITH and WITHOUT ELC status</p>

im also joining more clubs… social justice and slumdogs (charity functions)</p>

<p>Your SAT score is a bit low, and make sure you take the Math II, not Math I test. Also, getting more volunteer hours might be good, consider joining community service clubs such as Key Club as well as volunteering in local non-profit organizations. If you qualify for ELC, then your chances would definitely improve. I would say your chances of getting in right now is alright, but not guaranteed you’ll get in.</p>
