I guess it’s going to be another long night for me…It’s already 10 PM here… I had to stay up till 3 AM for UCD results :(

@ScienceFreak where are you from? thats some time zone difference!

@pandabearexpress i did! the questions were like do you believe your grades and test scores accurately reflect your academic ability, describe anything that may have affected your academic ability, are there any personal circumstances that may have affected your academic ability and how have these circumstances prepared you to overcome any personal challenges

@collegesplz but the whole website is down, how did you use the housing trick?

I found a way to bypass the error page and login to check your acceptance!
Didn’t want to spoil it for UCSD but here it is!

Error page is: https://act.ucsd.edu/studentApplicants2/applicanttracking
Go to: https://act.ucsd.edu/studentApplicants2/
Housing > Apply for Undergrad Housing > Login
Academics > Placement Exams > MyTriton Link (Yellow and to the left)
Advising & Grades > Order Transcripts

If you can order transcripts then you are obviously accepted! Congrats!
You can also confirm your admission by clicking on Classes & Enrollment > Enrolled Classes
It will say “Student: Your Name”
You can also triple check your acceptance by going to Financial Tools > Billing and Payments > View or pay bill or Authorize a parent/payer.
You will get the message: “We’re sorry, but you are not eligible to authorize a payer until the day after you have accepted our offer of admission. If you have any questions please contact Student Business Services.”
Congrats to those accepted!

@pandabearexpress I looked before the website was down

@22pink, yeah, im nervous because apparently that’s for borderline kids

@Bouncer, Seems fishy…dunno if this would indicate admission at all. The only way to know is if someone COULDN’T see the things you mentioned. I’m being very cautious at this point, been extremely jaded the past few days.

@Bouncer I tried the method that you described that the results came up just as you described as well. I’m still a bit skeptical of this as it still doesn’t directly tell me whether or not I’ve been admitted. Has this been tried previous years and been a clear indication of acceptance? Has anyone else done the same process as received a different result?

@bouncer
I think me and my daughter tried those last week and pretty sure got the same results.

If you obviously go to the Financial Tools > Billing and Payment > Authorize a parent/payer, you will get the message: “We’re sorry, but you are not eligible to authorize a payer until the day after you have accepted our offer of admission.”

It clearly says “HAVE ACCEPTED OUR OFFER OF ADMISSION”

You can also schedule your classes and do things a current UCSD student has access to.
It also gives a CURRENT STUDENTS tab.

Well I’m praying that @bouncer is right lol

do you guys think the admission will be out around noon PST?

@bouncer, Thanks you so much! i don’t want to sound dumb, but you are COMPLETELY sure that if it all works, out, then you are accepted. I got the message but i dont want to jump to conclusions. thanks again!

Come on. Now, will a reject student have access to buy Parking Permits??!

@Bouncer LOL, I tried everything you said and got the same results. I really hope you’re correct, because you just brought my hopes up!

@bouncer Ok logically that makes all the sense in the world, but I still want verification. I do feel a bit better:P By the way with your Authorize parent or payer method, it didn’t give me the message but gave me a bunch of options to pay and fill out.

Tried everything, seems to check out.

Bit happier now, but it can all be explained by poor coding and negligence by UCSD. We’ll see, i’ll eat my words if Bouncer is right.

It makes complete sense, but it seems like the only way to find out at this point is if someone on here CAN’T see all of this stuff, because I can, and it seems like everyone else can too.

@bouncer if you’re lying to me again, I will be verrrrry angry with you!

did anyone NOT get the messages bouncer indicated?
