Can someone compare/contrast these. I tried looking for them but the info is scattered and i'll take long to organize.

basically, I got into Revelle and I know that its a GE nightmare, which is worse for me becuase I got Political science major. I don't want to take 5 science classes for pol sci. Should I just not go to UCSD???

there are specific classes that you can take for "non-science majors" to complete GE's and this goes for all the colleges. for example instead of taking certain chemistry classes and competing against students who actually are majoring in chemistry/biology/pre-med, you can be with other non-sci people (which would give you a better chance of a higher grade obviously) in easier "science" classes. this is one of the reasons why the administration tells its applicants that the major you choose will not affect the college you get into (though it might affect your overall admission if it's an impacted major). i hope i was clear enough :).
