<p>Is it possible to live in a different dorm then your college?</p>

<p>And i got into ERC, but there G.E's are way off from being a psych major. I ranked Muir my number one when i was filling out my college apps. and Muir's g.e's will definitely help with my major. is it possible that i could transfer into Muir?</p>

<p>it’s possible, but don’t count on it happening before 2nd year. look up college transferring information either here or on the ucsd website. generally you have to prove that switching will net you ~2 quarters shaved off from graduation time.</p>
