So I haven't checked yet if I got into UCSD (I'm waiting until Friday when UCLA comes out, so if I get rejected from both Ill have one day to be completely depressed) but anyway, I got an email from UCSD about checking my portal and telling me about Triton day. I don't know what to make of the email since it seems pretty mean to tell me to come tour the campus on April 6, if I got rejected... I was just wondering if the email I received was to everyone who applied or if it was sent to the the people who got in or wait listed. Also, I haven't received a package in the mail and I'm wondering if everyone who got in already got the package?
Hope someone can let me know...

<p>I dont think so. Havent been at home, but I figure my parents would have told me if I got anything in the mail.
So today was the last day to get something in the mail?</p>

I feel like I stand no chance in getting in since although I’m ranked 10 in my school out of 600 students and volunteer at a suicide hotline and president of a bunch of clubs my SAT is ****. I’d rather just find out I got rejected through a letter from the mail instead of online.</p>

<p>Seriously, though, I would think if they sent you the e-mail inviting you to Triton day, it is a good sign. I didn’t receive that e-mail, but I did receive their packet in the mail today. Good luck!</p>
<p>I got the same email for triton day and I did get accepted, but my packet hasn’t come in the mail yet.</p>
<p>Finally had the courage to check it! I GOT IN!!!

<p>Has anyone received anything in the postal mail yet? Nothing here in NJ - I guess that’s a long way to travel :)</p>
<p>I was accepted and I haven’t received an admit package either. I live in Colorado.</p>
<p>Also does anyone know if they send you any kind of UCSD memorabilia or clothing when you submit your intent to enroll or do you have to buy it separately?</p>
