I think there was a 2 hour gap between the site going down on March 11 and the decisions being posted. If decisions are to come out at 4:30, then the portal should go down at 2:30. If it’s not down by then, then I don’t think there will be any decisions today.

i dont think the site went down last year because people were still talking about their housing message up until the last minute.
