@lexluther96 CCC, here in San Diego actually. a lot of my schools students go to either SDSU or UCSD. im just confused because im seeing high GPAs get rejected? considering how low the SIR percentages tend to be, it seems kinda rude of them to reject people that really deserve it, idk… kinda in shock rn.

I was thinking the same thing. I applied for Japanese Studies (of which a wapping 5 people graduated from a few years ago) with a 3.8. I’m not sure what my options are now as I cannot afford to go out of San Diego.
@UCSDenied Appeal. Yours may be a mistake, idk what your essays were like, but there seems to be an issue with all the stats I’m seeing being rejected rn.

I think people might have ULink or applied to non-capped major.
