<p>i was looking at my financial aid for UCSD, and on the side of it under "application completion deadline", it says:</p>

<p>Your application must be completed by May 1st in order to be considered for university grants, loans or work-study. To receive an official UCSD Financial Aid Award Notification, you must:</p>

<pre><code>* By May 1st, provide the UCSD Financial Aid Office with:
o Your signed, completed Verification Worksheet.
o Additional information if requested later by UCSD.

  • By June 1st, provide the UCSD Admissions Office with: o Your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR). </code></pre>

<p>this means we just have to submit a "verification worksheet" to be considered for financial aid, not that we're accepting it, correct? i'm still waiting on UCLA, so i don't want to make any promises to schools just yet...</p>

<p>It may be different. I was in the first batch of admissions, so they might push the date back if they need the form from you.</p>

<p>From last years thread I’m pretty sure even if you don’t find out until May 1st…the deadline is still May 1st, I’m sure if you talk to FA they might give you an extension if needed, but remember that the FA doesn’t ask everyone for the Verification form.</p>
