<p>I am applying to UCSD as a transfer student for ME this Fall (2010). When it says effective Fall 2011, does that mean it applies to people (like me) who are applying FOR the Fall semester of 2011, or is it for those who are applying DURING the Fall of 2011?</p>

<p>It’s probably time of enrollment so if you’re applying this fall for fall 2011 then it does apply to you. That’s just what it seems like to me though so you should probably call to make sure.</p>

<p>That’s what I figured. So the whole thing about CSE not being impacted this year was a bunch of bull.</p>

<p>Caution! The school of engineering is only impacting on aerospace and mech, not any of the other engineering majors lol.</p>

<p>why is the bio department impacted, does that mean there are way too many more med school applicants then there are spaces in the Cali med schools?</p>
