<p>I went online to the ucsd housing application - it asked me to confirm my information and then said my housing application was submitted. However it didn't ask me to choose housing preferences such as single/double etc? is that correct?</p>
<p>All it says is that your application has been submitted.</p>
<p>Housing preferences are included in the housing contract, a document that needs to be submitted later (probably april/may), after the SIR is submitted.</p>
