UCSD, housing is THE factor that makes me not want to go there, anyone else?

frat = lame.

frat without a home = nerds

gosh darnit LOL, no houses? UCSD housing has got me slightly peturbed to say the least =/

haha same here man, sdsu is almost perfect ... the housing kills it though!
Frats are not lame, depends which one you join.

Lets be honest, everyone says that UCSD has no social life.. so joining a frat to make friends sounds like a good choice, i don't want to go to a frat to party and get crazy, i simply want to make friends, the only people i know that live the closest to san diego live in LA!

haha, no seriously thats why Im looking into UCSD frats....Otherwise, it might be slightly cumbersome to make friends living in an apartment 5 miles off campus lol.

Psshhh

Myspace

fraternity row @ sdsu is sick

i guess it does not matter because i might not have a to get an apartment because it's cheaper...
What do u guys suggest?
Dorm or apartment if you have a choice?

Dorm, but transfers dont have a choice lol

roommates.com or hobo life

DUDE hobo life would kick ass....for about a week then not so much

I don't know how many time I can flip an undie in a week, let alone 3 days.

UCI's site said something about guaranteed housing for transfers 25 years old or under. Age discrimination ftl.

<--27

oh screw myspace. i'm on the same boat as premed4life... frats! if worse comes to worse and SD rent is too expensive then i will consider hobo life as someone sugested..

Everyone I know who is at a university says that moving off campus was the best thing they have ever done. I wouldn't want to live on campus even if it were offered.

Edward04: You're not the only one who's ****ed about UCI's guaranteed housing. I'm 25, just passed their age cut-off.

What?! CC censored the word p i s s ed!??

lol (10 char)

what about pee'ed off?

urinated off?

Eirenarch: Thats good news, looking at it from a logical perspective, living in a triple with 2 other guys in a cramped room does have negative aspects
