<p>UCSD system is usually down from 12-7 am. Decisions are usually available to view at 7 am. you wont be able to seethem after midnight, its just a myth.</p>

<p>I didn’t say I didn’t receive occasional, sometimes frequent blessings. This is probably the best thing I have, I got it for school, it’s two years old.</p>

<p>I agree with what a few have said above, it goes down a lot during the early morning hours. They’ve already said online notification starts on the 17th so I wouldn’t worry every time it goes down. The 17th isn’t that far anyways.</p>

While that letter seems promising, it doesn’t seem to mention anything about transfers specifically. On UCSD’s admissions page it says they post decisions for freshman between mid-March to March 31st and for transfers between mid-March to April 30th. It seems more likely that that date is referring to the freshman decisions which have to be posted by the end of March, rather than for us transfer students.</p>

yeah, but i wouldnt imagine transfer decisions would come out before freshman decisions. so couldnt we at least be sure that the 17th is the earliest transfer decisions come out</p>
