@poorvi1, if you look at the webpage for the UCSD Med Scholars program, SAT Subject exams don’t seem to be a factor in selection:

http://meded.ucsd.edu/groups/med-scholars/howtoapply.html
To receive an invitation to apply for the Medical Scholars Program, high school seniors who are California residents must first:
Complete and submit the regular undergraduate application to UCSD
Obtain a 4.0 or higher high school GPA
Score an SAT > 2250 or an ACT > 34

https://meded.ucsd.edu/index.cfm/asa/admissions/medical_scholars_program/med_scholars_application_process/

To be eligible for consideration students must meet the following requirements at the high school level:
Minimum high school GPA > 4.0 as calculated on the UC application
SAT ≥ 2250 or ACT ≥ 34 (either score will qualify the applicant)
California residency
California high school senior
Demonstrated strong extracurricular involvement, particularly in community service and leadership

Looking at your stats, you should get an invitation to apply to the program. Your extracurriculars are VERY Strong but the AP classes are lacking (maybe your school doesn’t offer many). Just make sure you are taking the most rigorous classes offered at your high school and after that, good luck!
