uiuc: great academy , big public school, good business college.</p>

<p>I do believe that transferring within the UC’s is easier than transferring from outside, yes.
UCSD and UIUC are both great schools but I believe San Diego has the edge here in terms of academics, weather and location (specifically for you)</p>
