<p>I’m considering SD for the location, and for the fact that a few of my buddies from high school who entered as freshman are getting a house in Pacific Beach next year as juniors, and I will enter as a junior. That sounds like an assload of fun to me.</p>

<p>I love when people are surprised to hear we chose UCSD over other “better” schools. </p>

<p>I love UCSD and wouldn’t trade it for any other school out there. =o)</p>

<p>ucla, berk, davis, riverside, pomona, university of the pacific w/ half tuition/room&board paid for and admission into the 5-year bs/pharmd program…</p>

<p>darn me and my premed ambitions. otherwise i’d go to uop. ucsd better get me into harvard med. :P</p>

I remember someone said they turned down Harvey Mudd for SD.</p>

<p>one of my suitemates chose this school over caltech and the rest of the UCs…you can really tell he doesn’t belong here too…2270 SAT, 15 APs (14x5’s and one 3), etc. etc. etc…</p>
