"Dear ______,
Congratulations on being admitted to Eleanor Roosevelt, and the University of California, San Diego! You are among a select group of students who are being invited to participate in our Admit Day Overnight Program on April 11-12, 2008. We are pleased to extend this special invitation to take a closer look at UC San Diego."

It says something about spending the night and getting to go to classes and dining at the campus...so who else is going? Is it really "a select group of students" or do people just get randomly chosen to go?

you can do everything else on your own -- attend classes, eat at dining halls, etc. i've even had random prospective students poke their heads into our suite on admit day/open house and ask for a look, and we obliged happily.

Sorry kids, I've heard that UCSD isn't too hot in the babes/studs department! My friend that of all the UCs, UCSD has the least attractive student body.
