I want to move in for summer in June

I do, but I am getting a single room apartment.

boryaF: that place seems really really nice. Do you know how close it is to UCSD. i’m down to have roomate (especially since your name is russian? i speak russian as well). But i probably wouldnt move in until august.

^if that was the case, I could find a summer sublet there, and then swap my stuff over when you finally arrive. Yes, I am Russian. That place is across the street from UCSD, but UCSD campus is huge. It’s 2 miles from Revelle, which is where I am going, so I think that is very doable on a bicycle.

are you going to admit day on the 9th? i say we check out the place

yea, I am going on the 9th. It’s a pretty expensive place to live. I just called them and a 2 bedroom is about 2 grand. They are very spacious though, and I wouldn’t mind sharing a room. I will definitely be checking them out on admit day, and hopefully putting down a deposit for a summer room so I can move in in June

My gf just did a apartment tour of Regents Court last week… it was definitely a nice complex but we ultimately settled on Regents La Jolla. Be aware that we already had to put our names on a waiting list so we wouldn’t just be stuck with what’s left at the end of summer. We most likely have to move in like early July.

yeah i wouldn’t mind at all sharing a room either. worst comes to worst theres always a couch in the living room, hehe

yea regents la jolla looks nice too. I am down for either of them.

On the wait-list for Regents La Jolla as well… place is like a damn resort vacation.

Can someone compile a list of apartment complexes that are nice as regent court? I am not concerned about price as long as its under $2500 a month.

^^ there is a waistlist?? Crap maybe I should bribe someone who works there to put me on the top of it lol

yes, somebody compile a list, so I don’t have to do all the legwork. lol

oh and, if you have 2500, why don’t you just get a nice 2 bedroom condo and call it a day.

…oh, parking is important too. Is a covered parking garage out of the question in sd?

I just talked to somebody who has a place in costa towers. 1,000 dollars split down the middle to share a room with me. Starting June 1st, anybody down?

how much is this and how close to the campus is it? Looks expensive but nice?

what do you guys think about the transfer housing? Any idea what the chances are with their lottery system?

transfer housing is expensive and you have to have a meal plan. I would rather live in a luxury high rise and buy my food wherever I want.

The Regents cost 2,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It is very spacious, and very doable with 4 people, 2 per room.

Somebody be my room mate, I come with a plasma, surround sound, and an audi! lolll

they have the village apartments for transfers… I do not think there will be a shortage in housing (they stated it will house more than 1000 transfer students)… I am getting an off campus apartment though

do u also come with many hot girls?

I can’t guarantee that based on what I heard about Triton Eye and such lol. You can come and party with me and my friends at sdsu if you’d like!

I got that when I clicked availability…2k for 2 rooms + 2 baths sounds nice though
Any interior pics?
