First off congrats to anyone that got into UCSD!!!! Just found out I was accepted to Marshall with a 3.94 for Math & Econ. Was just wondering if any of the admitted applicants have heard whether or not they'll be eligible for the Regent's or Chancellor's scholarships?!

Ucsd doesnt have a regents scholarship for transferring students. It is exclusive to entering freshman.

Yes they do look here.
[Scholarships for Entering Transfer Students](Scholarships for Entering Transfer Students)

bump. anyone?

“Awarded to students who: Participate in the UniversityLink or TAG program”

greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat.
i was like: eff IGETC and TAG…=/
now i got more GE courses to complete after transferring too. bleh

I’ve had an e-mail correspondence with UCSD’s transfer admissions before regarding this and I was told that you have to be a part of UniversityLink for the current criteria. UniversityLink is the group of community colleges in the San Diego area.

I’m assuming that the criteria can always change, but for now, those are the criteria.

@chefcookswag this has nothing to do with this thread, but i just LOLed at your name. There’s another guy on CC who’s name is TYbasedgod or something like that hahahahahha.
