UCSD Rescindment?

I was recently admitted to UCSD as a transfer student from a four-year university (Cal Poly Pomona). However, I have made some fairly significant course changes since I last updated my application. I have informed UCSD of all changes, but I would like to know how likely my admission will be impacted. As an undeclared student, I believe that I have some degree of freedom regarding these changes, but I am not solely relying on that excuse. Course descriptions and titles follow.

Planned SP2012

BIO123L - Foundations of Biology: Biodiversity Lab
-I believed that only the lecture was covered by AP credit, so I put this class on my application, only to be told that the lab was also included.

CHM201/250L - Elements of Organic Chemistry
-This is a simpler organic chemistry class for majors who do not have a heavy emphasis on chemistry for their basis (environmental biology, general biology (my major), zoology). They only offer one section a year, and I couldn't get in.

CHM123/L - General Chemistry
-I failed the previous course in the series, and was unable to take this course. I will be taking it during the summer.

PHY123/L - College Physics
-I don't really have a good excuse for not taking this class. I just wanted a schedule with no Friday classes. I'll be taking this during the summer as well.

Actual SP2012 Schedule

BIO301 - Human Sexuality
-This is an elective class. I don't expect it to transfer, since I only took it to fulfill an elective requirement for my degree.

BIO303 - Genetics
-This is a standard genetics class that I believe most colleges have. Epigenetics, translation, and regulation are all topics in this class.

ZOO201/L - Animal Biology
-This is a class that explains various animal taxa. It's basically just memorizing anatomical structures and relationships. I do not have a very good grade in this class, and there's no way to calculate any grade due to a fairly substantial curve imposed upon the end of the class.

PHL345 - Confrontations with the Reaper
-This is a philosophy class on death that I took to fulfill a GE requirement. I don't really care about this class.

CHM122 - General Chemistry
-I failed this class last quarter, but this quarter appears to be going well. I fully expect to pass this class.

Planned SM2012

BIO211/L - Biometrics
-I have no idea what this class is. I think it's something like statistical applications to data in biology.
