<p>I'm in Math-CS in UCSD Revelle and CS in college of engineering at UCSC. At UCSC I have FYHP (First Year Honors Program) and a $500 yearly campus merit scholarship. Which should I pick??? Is the prestige of UCSD really worth it over these benefits in UCSC?</p>
<p>If money is a major concern for you, then go to UCSC. It’s not all about prestige, and college is what you make of it. But if you want to be guaranteed high-quality AND prestigious education+research opportunities, and you think you can manage financially, go to UCSD. Both campus are on beautiful locations, as well
