UCSD SAT Scores

Does it matter whether or not UCSD has all of your official SAT scores by the July 15th deadline? Will they care if they arrive a few days late?

It’s pretty important. Your admission offer is conditional - if they haven’t received scores or they find discrepancies, they can/will rescind you.

I’m a little confused–on Tritonlink’s checklist, the box for my SAT/ACT scores aren’t checked off. However, when I view the list of tests I’ve taken to “confirm” them, it seems they have received all the scores I’ve sent them officially. So would the box not be checked off until July 15th for stragglers who might have extra scores to report?

I have a question about sending AP scores. Does CB send all of them if you request just one? When I took AP exams this year, I requested them to be sent, but I have scores from last year to send also. Do I still have to go request last year’s scores too, or do they automatically send your entire AP record?

@inkandquill - yeah don’t worry about it until July 15th. I remember mine didn’t show up until the last minute.

@hormones

when you send AP scores, it’s cumulative. so if you put in the UCSD school code this year, it’ll send your scores from every year you’ve taken AP tests

So if they get there maybe a few days after the July 15th deadline they just won’t care?

^Why would they? Can’t you have them rushed?

Well see I’m not asking this for me. I’m asking this on the behalf of my friend. She couldn’t send them in beforehand because of money issues. Her financial situation is that bad that she cant come up with the $10 to send them. I highly doubt she can come up with the $30 to send them in with rush delivery

I’m almost positive you can get that fee waived. Check with college board.

Pay for her and have her pay you back later.

@ucsandiego915
you get the fee waived when right after you take the test. I don’t know why she didn’t use one of those fee waivers to send in the scores to UCSD but she didn’t. Yeah I looked around the collegeboard website and I couldn’t find anything about getting a fee waived that applies to her situation.

Looks like that is the last resort haha

Hahaha if homegirl can’t afford $10 you’re looking at a long-term loan I suspect

If I filled in UCSD for my senior APs, will all my other APs arrive there? I think I saw something about it all being sent together, but I’m not sure

@uchogwarts Yup.
