Hello all!
I was just wondering how much of an impact the 6 colleges have on transfer students beyond GE requirements, if there is any. I imagine that the college you pick as a freshman applicant would have substantial impact on you since you’d be living there, but as a transfer student who would live off campus are there any substantial differences between the colleges? Should transfer students base their selection solely on the GE requirements of the college?
Also, are any of the colleges considered “better” than other ones?
Thanks!
There are some big differences with some of the colleges regarding GE completion:

Really people only care about the GE’s as transfers, otherwise your college doesn’t really matter.
For transfers, ERC is the least popular because of it’s stringent MMW requirements. Conversely, Transfers into Muir usually only need to take one (usually the writing course) or two GEs and Warren is a good choice STEM-type majors as your major requirements will likely overlap with your GE requirements leaving you with only two-three GEs to take.
