Ucsd tag english requirement

<p>Hi, this is for people that go to De Anza and doing tag. I was just wondering if either Phil 3 or EWRT 1B would be able to replace EWRT 2 as the 2nd english course that needs to be completed by the end of fall for UCSD's TAG requirements.
