<p>Environmental engineering is not an impacted major at UCSD correct? meaning I can get guaranteed admission to the major with TAG? Also, if I write my personal statement as an intended computer science major (i want to apply to ucb/ucla with this and i have interest in both of these fields) would UCSD reject me to the major on this basis, even if i have TAG?</p>
