So I recently was accepted into UCSD and for the tuberculosis questionnaire, there were 3 questions. One of the questions asked whether or not I had been out of the country and I selected no. Only after I submitted the form did I realize that I had indeed been out of the country once before. My question is should I simply leave the tuberculosis questionnaire as it is or contact UCSD. As of current, it says that "You have completed the TB Requirement". Is there any way of UCSD figuring out whether or not I have actually ever been out of the country because I doubt they check every person's passport.

Of course they will not know you have been out of the country. How long ago did you leave? Have you had a recent TB test? If it was negative, I wouldn’t worry about it.

I would email Student Health to let them know. I think it will be easy for them to change it.
