I told you guys it’s not today, it’s going to be in April for most schools AND especially for non-taggers. The first batch is always for taggers so stop speculating because people are becoming misinformed.</p>

<p>well, looks like i wasn’t too off. UCSD started making phone calls to freshman today. quoted from sun.</p>
<p>“Sounds like UCSD is starting to call admitted frosh students on the phone to congratulate them. This is probably the third year UCSD has been doing this. You may get the call in the evening from a current UCSD student, staff, or faculty member. There is no need to be alarmed if you miss the call. The phone calls are part of an effort to make UCSD appear more friendly to prospective students. For those of you who already got the call, congratulations!!! Since the admit pool is large and the calls go out in the evenings, expect the call campaign to last at least a week if not two weeks.”</p>

<p>^ It’s a human, someone from the admissions office or sometimes they have current students working for the school call you.</p>
<p>If that’s the case, if I happen to get a call, I’m going to proceed hitting on them and making a move. Just for fun</p>

<p>Not sure if everyones read it, but Ms Suns Blog shows a memo that states decisions will start coming out the 17th, which is pretty accurate to what everyone was speculating. Kinda lazy to look through the forums, but historically have transfer decisions came out during the same time as freshmen for UCSD?</p>

<p>^ They usually release a batch with the freshman (same day or within a few), then start rolling them out from there.</p>
<p>My friend actually got his acceptance for UCi last week on the 7, figured it was because he tagged. Can’t wait for Wednesday to come</p>
