UCSD, UCSB, and SDSU

<p>What are my chances of getting into UCSD, UCSB, and SDSU?
I have a 3.66 GPA as a transfer
I dont have a TAG with any of them</p>

<p>Does anyone know my chances of getting into these schools.
I really want to go to UCSB if I get in, but if not SDSU will suffice
pleasee give an honest answer.
