UCSD Undeclared Transfer?

<p>I applied as BioEngineering with no alternative major and got in as "Undeclared." I'm a transfer student from UC Merced. Can I still apply to be a BioE later on? I've been told alot of different things but I dont know which one to believe. </p>

<p>I think BioE is impacted, so you’d have to fulfill all their requirements before thinking about getting in. Maybe call/email the department advisor and see what they say you should do specifically, since you already did (probably) relevant classes at a UC?</p>
