UCSD vs. U Wisconsin Madison vs. U Washington Seattle vs. IU Bloomington

Got accepted to four above but now I just can't choose! But now I just can't decide which is the best option for me. (hundred different rankings are not helping)
btw, UCSD = Comm Major / ERC and all the others = Pre Business

UCSD was, I think the hardest school to get into, so it just seems like a waste. Are people really "Socially Dead" cuz I'm active 24 7 for sure.

And is it known for Communication Major??? How good is this department?
I seriously need help from people who REALLY know the university or location... etc

So far, Wisconsin "seems" to be the best choice. Would you agree?
But I'm a little worried since I recently found out U Wisc Madison is known for being a party school. Is it that bad?
And IU Bloomington's campus is probably the best... and their business is great, but their Overall Rank is not as good as others.
I would SO choose Washington, IF I hear anything positive about the weather! I like summer! - which is why i applied to UCSD

How are the schools, campuses, academics, faculty, people(atmosphere), housing(facilities)?????
ANYTHING Positive / Negative about any of the schools???
Do post EVERY bit of info you know because I am a TOTAL foreigner to all four! Thank you! :)

I would say to pick a school that is the best for your intended major and disregard overall rank. I am going to UCSD for bioengineering. I got accepted to Cornell, which does have more prestige but UCSD is higher ranked for my major, according to U.S. news.
UCSD does have a generally more academic feel to it, but it is not hard to be active and have a social life iif you make it a priority.

Also, U. Washington in Seattle is a great school with a great campus. But if your looking for really nice weather and sunny skies, it would not be a good choice. Seattle is gererally a rainy atmosphere, but definetly bearable.

Sorry I cant give any information on IU or UW. The only schools I know stuff about is UW and UCSD.
