UCSD vs UCD - Computer Engineering

I've already gotten accepted to UCSD, got a Chancellor's Reception invite to UCSB and am hoping to get an acceptance to UC Davis.

I've been hearing different things around the net; namely, people cannot seem to produce a straight answer to which UC besides Berkeley or LA is best for computer engineering. Some say UCSD has a better overall program, research opportunities and a mini Silicon Valley, but I have heard the same things from others about UCD. Can anybody clarify as to which I should attend if I'm planning on going to grad school for a Master's?

By the way, I'm interested in artificial intelligence as well as hardware design if that helps.

I actually just received the acceptance from UC Davis minutes ago.

I guess UCSD has the more “prestigious” program.
But your job prospects are identical from either school.

I wouldn’t say that job prospects are identical, since each is in a different local area. Davis is within a long drive of Silicon Valley, so that may be a slight advantage for local recruiting. San Diego may be somewhat more attractive to traveling recruiters, though.

Firms in silicon valley hire in colleges all across the country.
Also, you can just apply for job positions online. I have done that in the past very successfully.
