UCSD vs. UCD - Physical Sciences Undeclared

So it’s looking more and more like I’m going to have to choose between these two. I got into both as a Physical Sciences Undeclared major and am leaning towards Atmospheric Sciences.

I think I would prefer UCSD’s location over UCD, but just want to get some insight on whether there is a big difference in program quality/prestige. Thanks!

UCSD has a pretty good Division of Physical Sciences. I haven’t heard of an atmospheric sciences major, but anything similar would likely be handled through the Scripps Institution of Oceanography department (the top climate research institute in the country)
