UCSD is better for engineering right?
<p>Although I'm definitely not a bonafide expert on this, I think they're about the same. If you're going into bioengineering UCSD is probably better, but I'm not sure about the other ones.<br>
I guess I do have a bias though because my dad teaches engineering at UCLA...although I know that the department there isn't in shambles or anything, and a degree from there is definitely respectable, otherwise i know he wouldn't be teaching there.
by the way berkeley is probably the best of the UCs for engineering so you might want to check that out too.</p>
<p>both have ABET-acredited programs and highly respected programs. Prospective employers are not going to care which one you graduated from, so I don't know what you mean by "better". Go to the school you prefer.</p>
