I got into UCSD, USC, and UCLA in Computer Science for Master degree.
My question is which one should i choose?
Which one will give me the best experience and job after graduation?
Do you guys think the $60k for 2 years is worth the network at USC?
UCSD, and UCLA are $30K for 2 years?
UCSD and UCLA are both ranked higher in computer science than USC, and they’re cheaper. I think you’d be better off picking one of the other two.
I agree with juillet. Go with either UCSD or UCLA for the cost (if finances are an issue). Ranking wise, all these programs are basically the same so don’t base your decision off of that.
I would highly recommend that you email the graduate director of each program so you can get connected with current masters students. Ask about possible funding too! Some masters students are able to get funding, so be aware of that. I would also recommend looking at the research faculty for both programs and comprise a list of the research you’re interested in. You should ultimately base your decision off the school that will be a better suited for you.
