<p>I am accepted to ucsd, university of washington, and boston university, and on the upenn waitlist. I want to study engineering. I've pretty much narrowed down my choices to UW and UCSD, unless I can get into Upenn. I'm from oregon so i'm oos for UW and UCSD, but UCSD is still about $10000 cheaper for me. Which one should I go to UW or UCSD? I think I might like UCSD better, but I haven't visited yet. Can anyone give me some advice?</p>
