You were one of the lucky ones haha.

This is certainly better than them not accepting any TAG’s at all. Go Tritons!

^totally agree.
but still, they don’t have to be as unhelpful as they are ;(

“UCSB does not use the same TAG model as UC Davis, Santa Cruz or Irvine. These campuses will be notifying students of their TAG status sometime in November. TAG applicants to UCSB will receive their official admit notification beginning late February to the end of April”

So I guess we stop checking and hope TAG is correct and approved.

Thanks for that clickann!

atleast we’ll hear from Davis soon…

don’t you guys have good gpa’s anyway? I’m pretty sure you guys would/could get in even without TAG

If you have a 3.2 GPA and you’re applying for a non-impacted major you should be good. I doubt they increase the minimum from last year.

yeah my gpa is good enough (3.5) but i was just looking forward to knowing that I atleast had my top school in my pocket even before the year was up. kinda disappointing to know that we have to wait like usual.
but good luck guys, and keep your fingers crossed that UCSD doesnt **** you over!

i have an ehh GPA i have to get an A in one more class and ill be good for TAG
let’s hope i get it! :D

my GPA is a 3.09, but my major is non-impacted at UCSD (doing TAG also). Ugh
