<p>No Sam I haven’t sent in my IGETC yet, I’m waiting on my admission decision before I send it in. The website says that we have until October 15th. I’m thinking if I still haven’t heard back by next week I’m going to send it in though.</p>

<p>Are you sure about that? The reason I ask is, I had spoken with a regional admissions rep from UCSC, and he told me that the deadline to turn in my IGETC certification was something like a few weeks into my first quarter at UCSC.</p>

<p>The woman I talked to on the phone about this her exact words were, to not send in the IGETC or transcripts until admitted.</p>

<p>Waiting sucks, but I guess its just apart of life, the good thing about UCSD is that–if you are accepted–they give you your estimated financial aid package right away where as other schools make you wait ages for it! At this point, my guess is they’ve already evaluated almost everyone who’s turned in their update they are just trying to decide what college you get into and how much financial aid you get.</p>

<p>Signed up to join the fun. Got accepted to a pre-bioengineering major. 3.44 GPA going in and was in 2010 TAG contract and fufilled IGETC. Hopefully you guys can make it too. If you have any questions feel free to ask.</p>
