I am currently applying to three UCs: UCSB, UCB, and UCSD (my favorite one). I’d like to hear from you guys what you think considering my current situation.
GPA: 3.48 (not sure of the outcome after this term, really considering petitioning for a pass/no pass grade for one of my classes, which is no prereq needed).
Major: Econ
Prerequisites: Major classes completed, taking the last 3 units to complete IGETC.
Units taken so far: 52 units taken on campus (26 from my freshman year in a 4-year institution, and 26 taken at my current CC in California)
Units this semester: 11, be it only 3 to complete a prereq, and the other 8 to make a few more credits.
I took a look at the stats from past years, and at UCSD reports, which state that transfer applicants numbers decreased a little bit, and their avg GPA was 3.37.
What do you guys think?
