UCSD's transfer decision already available?

I’ve applied UCSD, and some of my friends already got accepted from them.

My UCSD portal just says it will be posted by April 30.

If I didn’t receive any e-mail regarding the decision, am I rejected?

Some decisions have been released. Someone emailed the school asking which decisions have been released, the school said most non impacted majors heard…the UCSD transfer thread can be found here
