<p>There is a lot of uncertainty in the health industry, which is largely due to the ACA. UCSF released an article stating that 40% of its budget is supported by the federal government and because that funding source is diminishing, their focus is on private donations. </p>
<p>Do you think now is the time for these two entities to finally merge. Will this allow them to gain more private funding? What about an entire rebranding effort calling themselves “The University of California”. </p>
<p>I didn’t go to Cal but I am curious on everyone’s thoughts. </p>
