I'm currently finishing my AA at a community college and I'm looking to transfer to UF some time next year (By the end of this semester I'll have about 6 credits left before I'm eligible for a transfer). From January-May of next year (basically all of the spring semester) I'll be doing an internship which wont allow me to go to school. Since I'm only missing 6 credits, would I be able to apply for fall admission, finish the credits I'm missing during the summer term and still be admitted to UF?

UF is looking for the total number of credits and earning the degree prior to matriculation. Taking summer classes before fall is fine you would just need to make sure you are indicating that in the application.

Yes, you can do that. Just indicate on you application that you intend to finish those 6 credits off during the summer, and send your final transcripts to UF as soon as you recieve your AA.
