I’m in 10th grade and am homeschooled. I am in an Accelerated Homeschool Program where I am finishing a whole year’s classes in one semester. I have taken 1 AP class and 2 AICE classes. I have all A’s and 2 B’s for all my classes (I’m taking 8 this semester.) I was a cheerleader in 9th grade, did chorus and drama, teach piano lessons, tutor, and am an assistant voice coach. I want to be a pharmacist and don’t know how to start when getting into college. I want to go to either UF or FSU. (UF preferably… :)) Please help!!!

I was accepted to FSU this March after being deferred at first with a 3.495 GPA and a 24 ACT. As long as you call the admissions office regularly, keep your grades steady or at an upward trend for the rest of your High School career, and show FSU that you are consistently retesting on the SAT or ACT, you should be fine. I was very stressed about whether or not I would be denied from my dream school (FSU) and a lot of people on this website told me there was basically no hope, and they were wrong! Do your work & have a fun couple of years before college because they go by fast! Also never listen to negativity you may run by, you’ve got what it takes.
