I am scheduled for a visit to UF on Monday, and I cannot contain my excitement! I was wondering, however, if anyone could tell me a little bit about the university before I go, just so I can prepare a few questions. What are the anthropology and/or political science departments like? Or international studies? I’ve done research, but I would like to hear opinions from others. Also, I’m curious as to which parts of the campus you think are the best? I would like to know what to expect before I tour the campus.
Hello. I toured back in November and it was awesome. You first have a power point presentation that was about thirty minutes where they just talk about some admissions stuff. Then you go on an actual campus tour from a cicerone and you stop every bit and they explain a little bit about what you can do on campus and stuff like that. I really had no interest in the school until I went on the tour. Have fun!
@pitt2021 I returned home from the tour a couple of days ago and I have to agree the tour was awesome! Even the powerpoint was very interesting. Thanks for the heads up, it was just as I expected!
