Will my test scores be detrimental to my admissions decision? I was hoping that being a first gen American, moving to a new state & school for junior & senior year, and taking Latin would give me a little edge.

I think your GPA and if your essay is well written, they can counter your scores. I have heard of it happening. Are you also a first gen college student? Congratulations to you, no matter what! You are clearly bright and driven and that will take you far no matter your alma mater. Wishing you the best!

Update: I was accepted!!!
