Hi, I am an incoming freshman at UF and I went through the IB program in high school. However, it seems as though UF has not received my scores, as the credits for particular classes have not shown up on my Complete Degree Audit on ISIS.

I recently went to an academic adviser about this problem but she wasn't really able to help. After getting in contact with my high school guidance counselor, she informed me that these scores were indeed sent to UF from IBO, and that I should "check with UF again".

At this point I am panicking slightly as I don't know how to approach the problem at this point, and was wondering whether anyone else has gone through this same thing or has any advise, as that would be really helpful.
Thanks!

Check ISIS for your scores under the test scores section. Degree audit may not have updated yet or they may want you to see an advisor to determine how you want to use credit, but they may have your scores. If they aren’t there get in contact with IBO and have them sent again, and make sure all of your information is correct with them, name is spelled right, correct id and social security number, university code etc. Then call uf admissions because they are the one who would have first accepted your scores. Check with them that all your info is correct and if they can’t help you email an advisor. It isn’t the end of the world if they don’t have them before school starts as you can always go into an advisor and work with them and have your degree audit updated.

Awesome, I will definitely do all of this, thanks a bunch!
